Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING METHODS

We deliver products across South Africa and offer 2 shipping methods:

  • Door to Door

This delivery option is available to all customers and carries a standard delivery fee of R250 per order under 5kgs, anything over will cost an extra R50 per kg.

Your parcel will be ready for collection in 5 - 10 working days depending on availability however we aim to make sure we are always in stock of our products and should be able to get your parcel to you sooner unless it is a customised order. Should there be a delay we will contact you directly.

  • Collection

This option is available to all customers who would like to collect or arrange their own courier to collect their order from our warehouse based in Johannesburg. Collection is free.

Payment must be made at least 3 days prior to the collection to ensure a customer’s stock is picked and ready. Confirmation of a collection date will be emailed to you.

RETURNS

We have a standard Returns Policy that lasts 30 days, from the time you have collected your purchase from our warehouse, from your selected PostNet collection point or received from courier. If you should need to return your item please make sure to contact us before the 30 days is up, should you contact us after the 30 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements need to be met:

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items must be unused ,in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging

Items that have been custom made are NOT refundable and cannot be returned.

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns Process:

1. Login to your user account and select the tab “My Account”.

2. Click the “Return Item” button alongside the order that is to be returned.

 

 

3. A Returns Item Order Form will appear as shown in the below diagram. Select the product you would like to return from the selected order and provide the reason for return, the return action whether it is to replace the product or refund and add any additional comments you may have or photos you would like to send us to view.

 

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be credited back via your original payment method, this may take up to 14 working days due to external rules and regulations of the financial institutions in question.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that items are delivered defective from M5 Sports Group and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, you will need to send an email and images of the damage items to us via enquiries@m5.co.za. If the items are delivered defective, M5 Sports Group will refund you your full amount or replace the items that you ordered. If the items are not reported defective within 7 days of receiving them, M5 Sports Group will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
